Returns, Exchanges and Defects.
Please Note * Important Information Exchanges, Returns Of Print On Demand Orders
We Will Exchange apparel. However customers will be required to pay a small handling charge plus the cost of shipping a new one back to them before an exchange can be accepted.
If you order any item of apparel and you find that you have ordered the incorrect size or color and need to exchange please get in touch here email@example.com Please DO NOT return the item before emailing us. We respond within 12 hours to all emails.
In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a free replacement and free shipping if the defect is reported within 14 calendar days.
Due to the nature of one off Print On Demand items, such as all garments, mugs, phone cases etc. - Once the order is placed it is then an automated process. The items are immediately paid for by Dogs Online, printed and shipped automatically. The process is as streamlined as possible to facilitate speedy fulfilment, which is what the majority of customers demand. This means that orders cannot be cancelled.
For The Same Reason We CANNOT Offer Refunds for Incorrect Sizes, wrong color choice or if you Change Your Mind.(Please refer to exchange section above)
There is a comprehensive size chart on each product page, please use this and double check you are ordering the correct size.
All Other Products...
1. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We aim to have products shipped within 4-7 business days. Please allow a few more days for personalized items.
